These terms cover the Website only. When you engage us to provide services, our Service Terms and the proposal or statement of work we agree with you apply to that engagement. Our mobile games and apps are covered by the App Terms of Use.

Client names, logos and materials shown in our case studies belong to those clients and are used with their permission. Their appearance does not give you any right to use them.

When you send us an enquiry, a brief, an application or feedback, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Website or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.
