2 roles

    • Performance Marketing
    • Surat, India
    • Onsite
    • Full-time
    • 3 focused questions

Own paid acquisition for a handful of D2C accounts end to end: the strategy, the media plan, the creative brief and the number it has to move.

    What you will do

    • Plan and run paid social and search programmes across Meta, Google and emerging channels.
    • Set the measurement model for each account so spend decisions are made on evidence, not opinion.
    • Brief and iterate creative with the design team, treating ad creative as the main performance lever.
    • Present results and reasoning directly to founders, with no account manager in between.
    • Mentor one or two junior marketers on structure, testing discipline and reporting.

    What you will need

    • Four or more years running paid media with real budget responsibility.
    • Fluency in attribution, incrementality and the limits of both.
    • A track record you can talk through: what you changed and why it worked.
    • Clear written English; you will be writing the reasoning, not just the report.

Build the commerce and marketing experiences the studio designs, with real ownership of performance and accessibility.

    What you will do

    • Build production front-ends in React and Next.js against designs you helped pressure-test.
    • Hold the line on Core Web Vitals, accessibility and cross-device behaviour.
    • Work directly with designers during the design phase, not after it.
    • Integrate CMS and commerce APIs, and keep the content model sane.

    What you will need

    • Two or more years building production React, ideally with Next.js.
    • Comfortable with semantic HTML and CSS, able to explain why a layout works.
    • Practical understanding of web performance and WCAG.
    • Git-based workflow and the habit of reviewing others' code well.

Inside the studio

Good work needs good conditions.

Not perks. Conditions.

Clear expectations, close collaboration and enough trust to do work you are proud to put your name on.

Small enough to matter. Experienced enough to deliver.

The studio is deliberately compact. You stay close to the decisions, the client and the result of what you ship.

  1. Senior-led, without the handoffThe people in the room for the strategy stay in the work through delivery.
  2. Different disciplines, one tableGrowth, design and engineering pressure-test the same problem together.
  3. Evidence over theatreGood work is the work that changes the customer experience or the commercial number.
