This privacy policy applies to the mobile games and applications published by Global Surat ("Global Surat", "we", "us" or "our") on Google Play, the Apple App Store and other app stores (each an "App" and together the "Apps"). It explains what information the Apps collect, how it is used and shared, and the choices you have. It applies to every App whose store listing links to this page.

Our Apps are free to download and are supported by advertising. They do not currently require you to create an account, and they do not currently offer in-app purchases. Section 7 explains what will apply if that changes.

At a glance

  • We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location to play our games.

  • The Apps show ads through Google AdMob. To do that, Google collects device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID, along with basic device, usage and approximate location information.

  • Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time.

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and ask us to delete any information we hold, at any time.

1. Information the Apps collect

Collected automatically

  • Device identifiers: the advertising ID on your device (the Android Advertising ID or Apple's Identifier for Advertisers, where you allow it), the App Set ID and similar identifiers used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

  • Device and technical information: device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, screen size, network type, mobile carrier and the App's version.

  • Approximate location: your general location (such as country or city), estimated from your IP address. The Apps do not access your device's precise GPS location.

  • App activity: how you use the App, such as when it is opened, levels played, sessions, taps and interactions with ads.

  • Diagnostics: crash reports, performance data and error logs that help us fix problems.

Stored on your device

Game progress, settings and scores are stored locally on your device. We do not receive them unless an App offers a cloud save or online feature, which will be explained in that App before you use it.

Information you give us

If you contact us for support or feedback, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, your message, and details about your device and the App.

2. How we use information

  • To provide and operate the Apps, including saving your progress and settings on your device.

  • To show advertising, which keeps the Apps free. This includes measuring ad performance, limiting how often you see the same ad, and granting in-game rewards when you choose to watch a rewarded ad.

  • To personalise ads, only where you have allowed it or where the law does not require consent.

  • To understand and improve the Apps, for example which levels are too hard, where players stop, and which features are used.

  • To fix crashes and bugs and to keep the Apps working on different devices.

  • To prevent fraud and abuse, including invalid ad traffic, cheating and security threats.

  • To respond to your messages and provide support.

  • To comply with the law and with app store and advertising platform policies.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we rely on your consent for personalised advertising and for storing or accessing information on your device where consent is required, and on our legitimate interests in providing free, ad-supported Apps, keeping them secure and improving them for everything else.

3. Advertising

The Apps use Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC and its affiliates, to show ads. AdMob may collect and use the information described in section 1, including your advertising ID and IP address, to deliver, measure and, where permitted, personalise ads, and to prevent fraud. AdMob may work with other ad networks through mediation, and those networks may receive similar information to serve an ad.

  • Consent. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the App will ask for your consent using Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown. In US states with privacy laws, we use Google's settings for restricted data processing where required. You can review or change your choice at any time from the privacy settings in the App, where available, or by clearing the App's data.

  • Non-personalised ads. If you do not consent to personalised ads, you may still see ads, but they will be based on general context, such as the App you are using and your approximate location, rather than on your interests.

  • Rewarded ads. Some Apps offer optional ads that you can choose to watch in return for an in-game reward. Watching them is always optional.

Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Analytics and crash reporting

Depending on the App, we may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports. These services collect the device, usage and diagnostic information described in section 1 on our behalf. We use this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.

5. How we share information

  • Advertising partners, such as Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with, to show and measure ads as described above.

  • Service providers who help us run the Apps, such as analytics, crash reporting, hosting and support tools. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

  • App stores, such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, which process information under their own policies when you download, update or buy from an App.

  • Authorities and others when the law, a court order or a lawful request requires it, or when it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, Global Surat or others.

  • A buyer or successor if an App or our business is sold or reorganised. The information will stay protected under terms at least as strong as these.

We do not sell personal information. Under some US state laws, allowing advertising partners to use your device identifier for personalised advertising may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out as described in section 9.

6. Permissions

The Apps request only the device permissions they need. These commonly include internet and network access (to load ads and online features), the advertising ID permission (to show ads) and, on some devices, vibration. If an App asks for any other permission, such as notifications, it will explain why and you can refuse it or turn it off in your device settings.

7. Accounts and in-app purchases in the future

If we add sign-in, online leaderboards, cloud saves or other features that involve an account, we will explain in the App what information is collected before you use the feature, and we will provide a way to delete your account and its data from within the App and through a web request.

If we introduce in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments will be processed by the app store you use, such as Google Play Billing or Apple's App Store. We will receive a confirmation of the purchase, such as an order or transaction number, the item bought, the price and currency, the date and your country, so that we can deliver what you bought and handle support. We will never receive or store your full card or bank details.

We will update this policy before any such change takes effect.

8. Children

Most of our Apps are designed for a general audience. Where an App's target audience includes children, we configure it to follow Google Play's Families policy and applicable children's privacy laws, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): we use only advertising services certified for families, request child-directed treatment of ad requests, do not show personalised ads to children, and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the minimum age required where they live.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your choices and how to delete your data

  • Limit or reset ad tracking on Android: open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device) to reset or delete your advertising ID. Once deleted, apps can no longer use it for personalised ads.

  • Limit ad tracking on iPhone and iPad: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", or turn it off for a single App.

  • Change your consent from the privacy settings in the App, where available.

  • Delete data stored on your device by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. This also removes your game progress.

  • Ask us to delete information we hold, such as support messages or analytics data linked to your device: email connect@globalsurat.com with the subject "App data deletion", the name of the App and, where possible, your device's advertising ID, so that we can find the right records. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Some information may be kept for longer where the law requires it, for example to deal with fraud or legal claims.

Information that Google collects as an advertising provider is also governed by Google's privacy policy. You can manage it at My Ad Center.

10. How long we keep information

  • Analytics data: up to 14 months.

  • Crash reports: up to 90 days.

  • Support messages: up to 24 months after your last message.

  • Advertising data: retained by Google and its partners under their own policies.

11. Security

Information sent between the Apps and our service providers is encrypted in transit. We limit access to the information we receive to the people who need it and choose service providers with strong security practices. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

12. International transfers

Global Surat is based in India, and our advertising and analytics providers, including Google, process information in many countries, including the United States. When information is transferred out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive a copy of it, to withdraw consent and to opt out of targeted advertising. This includes rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Canada's PIPEDA and US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. To use any of these rights, email connect@globalsurat.com with the subject "App privacy request". We will respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we change the Apps, add features or when the law changes. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the App or in its store listing.
